We're looking for a confident, customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Lorna Jane Rockhampton store. This is a genuine leadership role with a national brand — real development, real progression, and no need to leave the region to build your career.

What you'll do
- Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences.
- Coach, motivate, and develop the team through regular feedback, on-the-job training, and role-modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
- Maintain high operational standards across stock management, visual merchandising, and daily store routines.
- Live the Lorna Jane brand — inspiring the team and our customers through active living, in store and in the Rockhampton community.
