Mitchell Services (MSV) is expanding operations in CQ and we’re seeking experienced Surface Diamond Drillers to join our crews. You’ll work with a modern fleet, supportive leadership, and Tier 1 clients — all while enjoying an even-time roster that supports real work–life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver Surface diamond drilling programs safely and efficiently

• Execute hole plans with accuracy and consistency

• Maximise productivity while protecting equipment and tooling

• Carry out basic preventative maintenance on rigs and down-hole gear

• Work closely with supervisors to meet production and safety targets

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Drilling Operations.

• Proven Surface diamond drilling experience

• Experience on LM90, LM110, MDR700 or similar rigs

• Current Australian Open Car Licence

• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR & National Police Check
