The COSOL Group, is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector.

We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.

Due to continued demand across the Bowen Basin, COSOL is seeking Maintenance Planners with experience in Fixed Plant and Heavy Mobile Equipment to support upcoming site based roles.

About You

To be considered for current and future Maintenance Planning positions, we are looking for the following skills:
  • Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources
  • Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as SAP, Pronto, Ellipse, or similar
  • Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams
  • Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs for asset performance
  • Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels
  • A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
