All Abode & Co is a rapidly growing short-stay accommodation & Property Service company based in Yeppoon and covering the wider Capricorn Coast regions. We specialise in Airbnb hosting, holiday accommodation, cleaning services, property presentation & styling alongside Residential, Commercial & After build cleaning.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, direct bookings and business growth.
This is not an entry-level social media position. We are looking for someone who understands marketing strategy, customer psychology, content creation, digital advertising and brand development.
Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across all areas of the business.
This is a highly autonomous role requiring initiative, creativity and strong organisational skills. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify opportunities and execute campaigns with minimal supervision.
Initially, the role will be 2 days per week (approximately 16 hours), with the opportunity for additional hours as the business continues to expand.
This is an on-site position based at our Farnborough warehouse. It is not a work-from-home role.
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Plan, create and schedule engaging content across Facebook & Instagram
Film and photograph properties, projects, team activities and brand content
Edit high-quality reels, videos and social media content
Write engaging captions, calls-to-action and marketing material
Manage content calendars and campaign schedules
Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns
Monitor analytics and provide performance reporting
Grow social media audiences and improve engagement
Generate leads and support conversion of enquiries into bookings and sales
Assist with website updates and content management through Squarespace
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Implement systems and processes to improve marketing efficiency
Applicants must demonstrate experience in:
Digital marketing and social media management
Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager
Content creation and campaign execution
Photography and videography
Video editing for Reels, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
Canva and graphic design fundamentals
Social media growth strategies and platform algorithms
Customer engagement and community management
Content scheduling platforms and workflow systems
Marketing analytics and reporting
Copywriting and storytelling
Qualification in Marketing, Communications or Digital Media
Experience within tourism, hospitality, real estate or short-stay accommodation
SEO optimisation knowledge
Squarespace website experience
Creative direction and styling experience
