About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plant Operator to join our production team. This is a hands-on role involving machine operation, batching, and warehouse duties to support daily manufacturing and dispatch operations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents to be eligible for this position.

What you'll do

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Batch raw materials and monitor production processes
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Load, unload, and move stock using a forklift
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory control

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehousing (preferred)
• A current High Risk Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• A current Queensland Driver's Licence
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing, production or warehouse operations experience is required.
