The Opportunity

Our Entirely Health team is seeking a passionate Exercise Physiologist to join our thriving Rockhampton and Yeppoon clinics on a full-time basis. The successful candidate may be a recent graduate, early career or a seasoned professional with extensive clinical experience.

As our valued Exercise Physiologist, you will: 

  • Manage and build on our existing client base by developing a loyal caseload

  • Construct and implement exercise programs

  • Provide a holistic approach to client care via the identification of underlying causes of injury with a focus on optimal lifelong physical health

  • Develop excellent rapport with your clients

  • Participate in marketing by educating our community

  • Liaise with local GP's, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Strength and Conditioning Coaches, personal trainers and sport teams as needed

  • Demonstrate a commitment to improving your knowledge and clinical skills

  • Participate in our regular Professional Development sessions

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, driven in their pursuit of ongoing learning and professional development, and consistently strives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.

Most importantly, they will be friendly, have excellent communication skills, and be a good team player who is passionate about private practice.

Along with a passion for helping others, the successful candidate will have/be:  

  • An accredited Exercise Physiology qualification

  • ESSA Registered

  • A current Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable rapid rapport-building with clients and team members

  • Sound clinical reasoning skills

  • Committed to improving their own clinical knowledge and skills
