About the Role

This is an entry-level position working as a Driller’s Offsider on drilling rigs across QLD.

• 14/7 roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off)

• 12-hour shifts

• Accommodation, meals, and transport provided

You’ll be working closely with experienced drillers, assisting with daily operations, handling equipment, and learning the trade from the ground up.

What We’re Looking For

No prior drilling experience is required, however this role is physically demanding and suited to people who are prepared to work hard.

• Minimum age requirement 18 years

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Able to work in remote and outdoor environments

• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn

A truck licence is advantageous but not essential.
