The role

As a Project Manager with Bryant Building Contractors Pty Ltd, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position will involve managing all aspects of project planning, execution, and completion to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction are met.


What you'll be doing

  • Manage the project team

  • Accurate forecasting of margin, cashflow forecasting and profitability of project 

  • Subcontractor management and procurement

  • Management and tracking of project expenditure

  • Communicating with all stakeholders and maintaining positive relationships

  • Efficient and accurate closeout of projects including finalisation of the work and defect management

  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

  • Mentor, develop and promote good communication and professionalism between all levels of staff and employees 

  • Timely and efficient preparation of project claims and payments

  • Comply with Company and Regulatory Workplace Health and Safety requirements


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcome

  • Proficient in using project management software (ideally Jobpac, SharePoint, Procore and Microsoft Project)
