Connect Resources are currently seeking experienced and reliable Civil Labourers, Roller Operators, and Moxy Operators for ongoing civil construction projects across the Rockhampton region.

We have opportunities available on major subdivision projects, offering consistent hours and long-term work for the right candidates.

Duties May Include:

• Civil labouring on road and subdivision projects
• Assisting with drainage, earthworks, and pavement construction
• Operating Roller or Moxy as required
• Working safely within established civil construction crews
• Following site plans and supervisor directions

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• Previous civil construction experience
• Relevant tickets and licences (RII Roller and/or Moxy)
• Construction White Card
• Reliable transport and valid driving license
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing if required
