We're looking for a passionate leader to join our team in Rockhampton as a Foster & Kinship Care Team Leader. In this role you'll guide a dedicated team to deliver high-quality support to carers through recruitment, assessment and ongoing monitoring of placements. You'll ensure children are placed in a safe, nurturing environments and that all care standards and licensing requirements are met. This role also includes participation in a rotational on-call roster to support carers when they need it the most.
