Lead Teams | Support Participants | Build Your Leadership Career

All Types of Care Queensland is a family-owned NDIS Registered Provider supporting people with disability through Supported Independent Living, Community Access, In-Home Supports and Respite Services.

With approximately 30 participants, 60 staff and 7 SIL homes, we are continuing to grow and are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Coordinator to join our leadership team.

About the Role

This is not an entry-level coordinator position.

You will oversee approximately 3-5 SIL homes, around 20 participants and up to 40+ support staff through a structure of Team Leaders and Support Workers.

You will be responsible for ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with participant goals while providing day-to-day leadership support across your portfolio. A company vehicle is available for business use, however there may be occasions where vehicles are required to support participant activities and transport needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across your allocated SIL homes and community support participants.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to approximately 3-5 Team Leaders.
• Support and guide support workers through Team Leaders.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication with participants, families, Support Coordinators and allied health professionals.
• Monitor service quality, participant outcomes and compliance requirements.
• Conduct participant reviews and service meetings.
• Assist with investigations, performance management and workplace issues alongside HR and the Service Delivery Manager.
• Review documentation, risk assessments, incident reports and support records.
• Assist with participant budgets and service sustainability.
• Approve leave requests and assist with workforce planning.
• Participate in a shared on-call roster.
