About the role

The role is to support the operations in our North Rockhampton Branch. This is a varied role to support the day to day operations of the branch. Duties include:

• Assisting customers when they pick up or return equipment.

• Taking pre-hire and post-hire photos of equipment

• Ensuring the outside area is clean an presentable

• Assisting with the washing of equipment following a hire

To succeed in this role the main attributes we are looking for are energy and a willingness to help the customer and help your team mates. In addition to this the following items are also considered:

• Upbeat nature and willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Excellent level of customer service  

• Adopt and comply with a high level of safe work culture within our company

• Forklift licence advantageous but not mandatory

• Current drivers licence

• Excellent communication skills & team spirit & strong customer focus
